Combination Technician - Full-Time - Dodge City, KS
Install, maintain, and service POTS, CATV, DSL, FTTP, Wireless, Internet, and customer-owned equipment. Diagnose and repair trouble in switching equipment, CSA building equipment and facilities, and T1 and DSL related services. Complete outside plant and Central Office installation and repair reports. Maintain and locate buried and aerial plant cable acilities. Perform splicing of ephone, CATV, and fiber cables. Ability to troubleshoot home data/WiFi networks. Knowledge of computer, data network, and cell phone technology. Available for on call troubleshooting, locating and alarm monitoring. Ability to communicate with customers. Bachelor’s Degree or Vocational training preferred. Two years of Telecommunications work experience desired.

Managed IT Technician
- Full-Time - Dodge City, KS
Responsible for planning, installing, upgrading, and troubleshooting Enterprise Solutions Customers’ network equipment. This includes personal computers, servers, switches, and firewalls. Responsible for maintaining customers’ networks including virus and malware detection, network issues, personal computer issues, and backup solutions. Responsible for implementing, designing and selling Managed IT Services. Must have knowledge of switches, routers, operating systems, PC hardware and network equipment, cabling, cable termination, and equipment installation. High school diploma or equivalent plus one to two years experience with servers, data backup, PC installation and security required.

Accountant - Full-Time - Dodge City, KS
Seeking organized, detail-oriented, leader with initiative and ambition!
Responsible for maintaining ledgers and financial records in accordance with established guidelines and procedures. Prepares and posts journal entries and reconciles accounts to ensure general ledger balances are accurate. Assists with preparation of financial reports and monitors company compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, industry regulations, and company procedures. Knowledge of telecommunications industry accounting practices preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or a related field preferred. Accounting experience preferred.

Enterprise Solutions Technician - Full-Time - Dodge City, KS
Experienced Telecommunications Technician desired.
Responsible for delivery, documentation, and troubleshooting of internet and voice services in the enterprise environment. Installs, maintains, and troubleshoots: enterprise voice and data (LAN/WAN) networks; Wi-Fi; external paging/intercom systems; alarm systems; cabling; telephone systems; hosted services; VoIP controllers; soft phones; and key systems. Must be knowledgeable with: SIP trunks; SIP lines; edge access gateways; PRI’s; analog lines (POTS); and home/small business routers, switches, and networks. High school diploma or equivalent plus one to two years of customer service experience required. Minimum of one year working with key systems, PBX systems, networking and related equipment also preferred.
