Cable TV Programming Change Notice Print
On Sept 30, 2019 United Communications contract with Viacom will end. After reviewing aggregated viewership metrics of the Viacom stations, we made the tough decision to not renew the Viacom contract. Channels being removed include MTV, CMT, VH1, Comedy Central, TV Land, and the Nickelodeon family of stations. To control costs in this era of continued skyrocketing programming expense, both from the traditional cable programming outlets and the once-free broadcast stations, we are forced to make these tough choices to be able to deliver service to our customers at affordable price points.
